Saunders to Nordegg day trip

Me and a couple friends are doing a day trip Thursday Oct 6 Leaving Eckville by 8am, going through Rocky around 830...

Was hoping to go all the way from Horburg to Nordegg this fall but couldn't swing it. ...would definitely join you if I didn't have to work Thursday. Have fun!

Was a great day of riding, no one broke down, and no one got hurt. It was DAMN wet, but was much fun!!

This will be the first year since 2011 that I haven't done the entire rail line from Horburg to Nordegg but did manage a day ride to check out the caboose. We'll definately have to try putting together another trip in spring.

I'm interested, but I gotta tell you doing the trip from Horburg to Nordegg is a challenge and can be one heck of an adventure. However, when you do the whole line in a day, you're committed regardless of weather, breakdowns, etc. ...lol, can be stressful.

I talked to a few guys as well as Hadster.

Seems like the camp trip will be an adventure too....
