Still not getting your point. The lawyer is going to do what, sue for damages? The parts are worth $1000. Unless you have a personal injury, what exactly is a lawyer going to do other than suck up a few purple bills on top of the clutch you are going to buy.
Best case is warranty.

i agree 100%....seems like the Cat crowd is a pretty laid back bunch...but then with only 5 of us on this site, how much noise can we make??? lol

Well its been a long 6 months. But Ursula is on her way home.
My bill was 1300 with the things i had done while we waited.
Cats bill was 3500.
Huge shout out to Jerry at central sled and cycle.

Also got to see the 2022 primary on a hardcore sitting there.
