Just curious as to how many miles you guys are getting before starting to have issues. What parts are failing when. Bearings, chain cases, clutches, motors?

1300 kms on my 18 cat and just replaced a belt just because it looked to have started cracking on the sides other than that nothing.

1200km on my 18 mountain cat and I noticed a power drop after getting the ECU recall flash. Other than that I put a new belt on this season just because.

My stock chaincase internals were all completely shot except for the top gear after 1 season, probably about 1400km or so cant quite remember exact mileage. Replaced with a belt drive

Aluminum bottom gear the problem. At least they put a drain plug on easy to change oil now

Yep exactly, the bottom gear wears out real fast, starts losing teeth, the auto tensioner maxes out to try and keep tension thus resulting in improper tension wrecking the chain and in my case the auto tensioner as well. That aluminum bottom gear is a joke and has no business in there

about 1600km on my 18 and zero issues. chain chase was replaced with a belt drive so that cant fail, snow flap was removed so that cant rip off, tunnel was braced so that "cant" bend, air box was sealed up so that cant pass snow and defender intake installed so it cant ingest any snow. never blown a belt, has been flawless with the few mods needed to make them flawless.
