Chickened out, stole the cat II from the local shop.

Primed the pump 3 times, good to go.

My Cat has been apart for about a week, this cold has got me down and out. Just need some time to seal up the nosecone with silicone and some weatherstrip for the joint. Silicone for the exhaust springs too and then it will be ready for more smiles per gallon.

I did learn today there is a recall on water pumps for the 19 engines.

I had an 18 with a 19 engine.....

Called Shuswap extreme from the sat phone today looking for a t-stat and they told me all about it.

What to rent for tomorrow?

Yeah we'll have too see.
It's been 4 years so the g4 research is done, might be the time to buy.
