Hey Guys

As Title says. I need someone with an alpha to join us on December 28,29 in Valemount to do some clutch testing.

Let me know if anyone is interested. I have a full clutch kit that i want to test and will work out a deal for the owner if they want to buy the clutch kit.

Cheers,

Ben

When ever we do this, I just give the tested components to our participant for the use of their sled.
Did it last season on 3 sidewinders with clutching.
Done it on many other occasions when we need a test mule. It’s compensation for the use.

Everyone that rides an Alpha says the clutching is perfect. What needs improving?

That’s something maxwell would say”Clutching is spot on.” There’s gains to be had with mountain specific clutching. Benny knows his stuff.

69 was laying out the sarcasm.

I have some products that i want to test. Ive driven the Alpha and it was good, just not a fan of the straight helix. So i have a multi-angle helix, springs and adjustable weights that will for sure accelerate harder and hopefully pick up some top end track speed.

Yes. Dragonweld28 got the clutching dialed in really well. Trying some gearing, head and pipe and refining the suspension changes.

Yes the clutch kit works very well indeed.
Went from pulling two lengths on my brothers 2019 850 doo to pulling a solid 6 lengths from a standing start.
VERY noticeable improvement indeed!!!!!

That big of an improvement Randy? I was pretty happy with how it worked stock. My wallet might have to drop a few bills.

I don't have video after the clutch kit.
You can try it out on an early ride this year.
The hit and pull are definatly improved.
Very adjustable weight system.
Talk to Ben.
My first trip is usually about 1 week before Christmas.

Nice. I talked to Ben. It's nice to hear real world results though.

We'll be out there Dec 13-19 give or take. Would be interesting to see what your sled does vs a stock sled back to back.
