And your problem is not oil related.
I know that is the first thing alot of guys jump on but oiling issues will not cause piston melt down.
I've diagnosed and rebuilt hundreds of sled motor over the years and oiling was never yours.

So to summarize if there is a way to adjust the oiling setpoint I would definitely be interested in upping mine. Cause these engines burn virtual no oil.

Think I went through, 4 of the big jugs in 2400km.

When you say big jug's Cat has 2 sizes. The 4 litre and the 10 litre.

The $60ish dollar ones.

Thats the smaller 4 litre one. With out having the fuel consumption its impossible to know your oil ratio but judging by the amount you burnt from what your saying 4 bottles of 4 litres in 2400km. That is twice as much as my wife used in hers last season in 1300km. She used up just over 7 litres of oil last season, though i'm sure she won't be as aggressive as you are.
I believe they are averaging 30-35:1 ratio, which is plenty of oiling in todays 2 stroke's and oil technology.

Did they do a fuel sample?
That is the first thing i would had my tech do. Unfortunately finding water in your fuel would automatically deny you of warranty and i'm betting that's the problem or failed ECM.

Where do you buy the ISO-HEET?

CT use to carry it, that's where i use to get it from. i also seen it at NAPA. But now i order it through Amazon, i buy a case and good for couple seasons.
You can also use Sea-Foam, its a very good product for this application and use it as per instructions.

Water in sled fuel tanks is a very common problem, thus why every one should treat the fuel every so often.

You think they use that high of ratio? I figured they would be around 50:1 so it would emissions easier.

The ratio is actually variable. At idle a 2stroke needs no oil to be injected. What ever is in the case is plenty to lube. As the throttle is increased the ratio will increase to a max. Generally 30-35:1 at WOT
So 50:1 would be a 1/3 throttle possibly but anything beyond 2/3 would flow max oil.

I know some old school guys like the 20:1 ratio, but no need for that. In fact too much oil can also cause engine damage as it replaces air/fuel ratio volume in combustion creating carbon issues.
