I must be bored I don't even own a quad. Did some searching and it is an ECU output malfunction code. Could be as simply as a low battery or bad stator or regulator. Disconnect the battery to reset the codes and check the battery voltage. Check for loose connections also.
Start by checking the wiring to the stator. There's a ceramic coated cable stay on the left side of the bike just to the left of the dip stick. The cable comes out of the stator , through this cable stay, and around to the wire harness on the right side of the quad. Sometimes the ceramic coating on this cable stay chips away and it turns into a razor blade, slicing through the jacket of the cable and allowing the wires to ground to the frame through the exposed metal on the cable stay. It will usually be such a fine slice in the cable that you'd barely be able to notice it.
